My whole IG page is centred around my ransformation, weight loss, life and journey to date, sharing how I went about it! Each and every single post and caption I do here on my page, is in the hope of helping someone else do the same! I share so much free advice on how I did it, some of the foods I eat, how I stay motivated, some of the exercises I do, my mentality and willpower and generally being annoyingly positive at going for my goals! No tricks, or gimmicks here, but yet i have people message me asking whats my secret?? LOL The day you realise there is no god damn secret, but just some handwork and effort is the day you make the change! The change to commit to a better healthier life! You have to really want it. Want it for you! And then have the determination to do something about it! No one is going to do this for you!! You have to get up and start, make that change for yourself! The only way I know how, by taking control, getting active, eating right, sleeping better, and prioritising You over evvvvverything!!! Thats the only way everyone else is going to get the best outta you! You can do this too, but only if you really want to!! From 280lbs to half the size in 2 years and keeping it off! We only get one life and one body so love the skin you're in today!" _____________________
