This photo was from a while ago. I think I will try to hold off from practicing inversions directly, but to instead focus on strengthening my core and stretching out my hamstrings
My boyfriend helped hold me into a headstand position the park a couple weeks ago and through that I found I neither have the flexibility to jump into it on my own nor the strength to hold me up.
Of course I just want my splits, inversions, and crazy backbends but it takes time and practice to get there. And I find it extremely challenging to fit lifting, running and stretching into my schedule. But without consistency, I won’t be able to achieve these goals
