SHOULDER BOULDER SUNDAYS
Finished shoulders today with some trap work. 315 lbs for reps.
The offseason goal is to put on some size in specific areas, one of those being back/shoulder development. Going heavy for most exercise while still focusing on form (for proper development & effectiveness). With less wasted movement, training becomes more efficient.
Every training session, every set, and every rep is an opportunity to grow and improve. Don’t go through the motions. Focus on what you are doing. Create that muscle/mind connection and really engage your mind.
