What are you grateful for today? I ask this question every single day after my yoga practice and then ask myself WHY, why am I grateful for this? It's the why behind the things we are grateful for that tell the real story. When you know the why everything falls in to place, you start feeling gratitudes warmth and wonder
You can be grateful for anything...your mum♀️, books , your eyes , salt , memories , music , birds singing , freshly baked bread , trees ... as you can see you can be grateful for anything in life. It opens the door to better relationships, it improves physical & psychological health, reduces stress & enchanes empathy, helps you sleep better AND improves self-esteem .
