Major breakthrough today - I have never tried full dips before!
It was just a month or two ago that I started doing them with my pull-up band thanks to great advice from @fitness_with_catalina !
She saw me doing the pull-ups with the band and then using the assisted machine for my dips and encouraged me to try the band.
And then working out with Kyla today I saw her do full pull-ups and dips and I just thought Iโ€™d try....
Iโ€™m so excited!!! I am so grateful to the core strength I get from Pilates that helps me in my strength training workouts.

Due to the overwhelming response to my recent Upper/Lower post, Iโ€™ve decided to create a Push/Pull layout for those who requested it.

Push Workouts: As the name suggests, our push days will be dedicated to training our pushing/pressing muscles (i.e. chest, quads, triceps, and shoulders).

The way the program will be split is as follows: Day 1: Push (Strength), Day 2: Pull (Strength), Day 3: Rest, Day 4: Push (Hyper), Day 5: Pull (Hyper), Day 5&6: Rest, and Repeat!
