These are the originals / bigger versions including one of me at my prime of the picture I posted the other day which I thought I would share due to the lovely and amazing messages I received!! It's amazing to hear others realising their own potential and becoming incredible motivated through seeing my journey so far!

The first picture on the bottom right shows my size and shape in my prime (19.5 inch arm 56 inch chest) when I was a competitive power lifter in 2013/2014 the rest of the pictures on the first picture was me in 2015 in the worst shape I've ever been in.

2nd set of pictures is me earlier this year. .
3rd set of pictures is me last week.

Mindset is key to everything we do as most people are surrounded by people who tell them they can't do something most of the time because they can't do it themselves and want to project that onto you to make themselves feel better, but if you want something enough you will achieve it.... If someone else can do it then so can you!!!

Dinner tonight is homemade chicken salad with shredded chicken, grapes, and sliced almonds on top of a high protein pita. Given the almonds and mayo it’s a little higher on fat than I would normally eat but I had room in my macros to make it work. Ingredients list - ✔️A strong, personal and emotional reason to change ✔️A goal that excites the hell out of you while scaring you just enough to make you wee a little ✔️A sense of self-worth and the willingness to prioritise yourself ✔️Being open to being coached and guided by someone who has walked in your shoes ✔️Enthusiasm for learning. Learning about yourself, your habits and what actually creates long-term, sustainable weight loss ✔️The willingness to be accountable ✔️The courage to step outside your comfort zone in order to grow into the person you really want to be ✔️A small handful of hours each week training in a structured manner. A teaspoon of weights, a pinch of intense cardio and a sprinkling of less intense movement ✔️A positive, encouraging and inspiring support network

Cook on low to medium heat for at least 12 months and serve.

I've been experimenting with this recipe for quite a few years now and I figured out the things I had to remove from it to make it just right - ❌Meal plans. Sorry (not sorry), but telling someone what to eat teaches them nothing about themselves and their habits. This one just ruined the whole meal. ❌Cutting out heaps of food groups. I discovered that this ingredient led to binge eating and a "diet" mentality. ❌Counting calories and stressing about macros ❌A quick-fix approach ❌People in your life who hold you back or drag you down

Treat dinner 😎 3 syns for sauce. 16.5 for pizza, 3 for chips (didn't eat them all) hexa for extra cheese + 5 syns. 28.5 syns for the day. For a treat that's much better than splashing out on 80+! I'm going to ensure over the next 6 days that I'm under 16syns instead of my maximum of 20. 😜

🔥Raw Nuts vs. Flavoured Nuts🔥

Pecans, cashews, and almonds are some of my favourite sources of healthy fats! They are also high in protein and fiber! However, people think that these raw nuts have the same nutritional value as flavoured! However, that's not true! Flavoured nuts are:
-
1️⃣ Highly Processed - In order to preserve them for as long as possible while also making them taste delicious!
2️⃣ Have a Paragraph of Ingredients - Most of which are added sugars and chemicals!
3️⃣ Super High In Added Salt - Though some salt is not only healthy, but required to live, too much, especially added salts, can lead to a multitude of health issues!

On the other hand, raw nuts (no flavouring) are:
-
1️⃣ Minimally Processed - As close to their natural state as possible!
2️⃣ No Ingredients - If it's cashews, the ingredients should just be cashews. If it's pecans, the ingredients should just be pecans.
3️⃣ No Added Salt - Leading to a healthier salt consumption!

Always go for foods in their most natural state! They are way less processed and wya more healthy!

Сон показывает то, что вы вытесняете, не хотите замечать.
Во сне показано взаимодействие ваших частей личности, что с ними происходит, что ваши части личности переживают.
Показано языком образов Ваша жизнь.
Сон - это древний язык мышления, язык образов.
Человек мыслит картинками.
При этом, важен не сам сон, а пересказ сна.
Сон и пересказ сна, его интерпретация не одно и тоже.
Также как жизнь и наше восприятие Жизни совсем не одно и тоже.
Восприятие одного и того же сна можно менять, от этого зависит смысл сна, смысл послания, которое он несёт.

Каждый образ является самим собой, выполняет присущую только ему роль и стремится быть принятым.
