Early morning session✅.
Recently my goal is to get back the strength I had before the knee injury.
I'm focused on compound movements and doing the little-twisted 5x5 routine with 2-2.5min rest between sets.
Today workout included:
A1 deadlifts 5x5
B1 overhead press 5x5
C1 pull ups 5x5
Accessory work with 90sec between sets.
D1 decline bench dumbbell skull crushers 3 x 10-12
E1 weighted decline sit ups 3 x 12 .

Saturday 🌼 morning.....tried a @warburtonsuk toasted pocket today. Had mine with bacon, mushroom, cherry toms and bacon. Probably filled it too much but it was nice.
Rest day for me today, going shopping with the in laws today and it will probably involve lunch out again. It always does when they are involved. Thats all I seem to do at the moment.

I saw many people on your pragramme and decided why not to try this too as i have tried everything whatever came to me about my weight and health issues. Frankly speaking when i met you and contacted sam i was like they are mad itna khao gi to zayada moti ho jao gi. But then i made a thought that why not to give a chance and i decided to eat atleast.
I never had breakfast in my life only a cup of tea or sometimes even nothing in breakfast. I never had lunch either but i used to taste only what cooked.I felt laziness and illness all day.

Then firstly started doing breakfast in regular basis and felt freshness in my lifestyle. I gradually started adding vegeies nuts in my meals and also increased water intake. I can now see the changes my illness and laziness disappeared. I started feeling the beauty of life even stays happy all the time now.

No matter what angel you caught her on the beautiful bride who happened to be our PT client and squad member looked amazing.

Naomi joined our group class’s in June 2017, she become addicted to our Monday night boxing session’s and even traded her Friday night red wines for our early morning Saturday bootcamp Classes.

When Naomi found her dress she asked if we could help her feel amazing in it, as with any bride she had several areas she wanted to work on.

So in September @jimmykwilson took her training to the next level.

Together they focused on her nutrition and lifting heavy weights! .
Naomi was dedicated, her job sometimes required her to do 14 hours but she always showed up and gave her best.

Journey toward the back lever.

I’m working on building strength in the end range of motion in my shoulders for the back lever.
.
This is definitely challenging for me, as I have a big range of motion in my shoulder joint. My intent is to build strength in this end range before focusing on extending my legs. .
.
A great exercise to help supplement and strengthen/mobilise the shoulders and surrounding muscle tissues I find are skin the cats aka German hangs. However, understanding what the shoulder is doing in this movement should be a priority in my books, before attempting.

today is low. a lot lower than it has been in a while, which is frustrating because I was having a really good run. I think I’m just a bit over feeling like I’m being graded on everything I do, like I have to always be looking to improve or be better instead of just doing things for fun. I’ve been challenged so much with this new degree and I couldn’t be more thrilled that I’m excelling but I need time to feel like I’m doing something well, or that it doesn’t matter if I can’t do something too - that it’s fun just taking part instead of feeling pressure to be good at it. I’ve made so many positive steps recently, so many big steps too. I want time to enjoy these instead of being pushed to move on. I’ve spent so much time fighting to just stay alive that achieving something positive is such a monumental step. I don’t want to fight. I just want to be.
