It’s been a week since I challenged myself to start doing daily stories on the Instagram where I’d share my insights and progress... #mssolga_business_challenge here few of my conclusions:
🧠 My brain started functioning better. I take informaron better, quicker and in a greater volume. I need less rest, I am constantly thinking which makes me super focused. I read faster, listen more carefully and generate ideas all the time.
I’m taking opportunities where I can and I take action. “Hey, I’m a photographer, do you want a photoshoot with me?”
“I will teach you to do cold calls”
Me: “Yes, please, when can I start?”
My mindset changing little by little. I’m learning to control my emotional state and be “emotionally fit”. Most of the time I kept positive even before. However, I struggled a lot with the difficult moments when my energy is low. Still need to work in this direction.
I speak louder. I was told I speak the way nobody could hear me. I started “shouting” (as I thought) immediately. Now I’m almost used to speak louder. As bonus, it boosted my self confidence. Speaking in front of the camera requires better choice of words I speak more confidently, fluently. The fear is vanishing. I care less what others think of me “talking to myself”

I finally cleared my instagram from inactive accounts so it’s the time to start growing! Also, I renewed my travelling posts in @travel_mssolga with #london_stories hashtag! It’s 100% mine, so subscribe!!!
