Back in college, my health situation was a MUCH different story than it is now. I had chick-fil-a & Starbucks, or Pei Wei almost every day on campus and had to drag myself out of bed to get to class on time! You can say my energy was at a all time low. I had just become accustomed to that way of life that I didn’t realize how bad I actually felt.
I never really understood the idea of healthy eating and just did the best I could with the information I was given & that I had learned on my own. However, there was & is so much information out there that it made it very difficult to know what was right and what was wrong.
I followed every diet trend I could find and spent hours in the gym thinking that’s what it took for me to get to my goals. But I was oh so wrong. I even tried making up my own workouts but that took so much time that I didn’t have!
Once I got out of college & tried everything I thought I knew what to do, I decided enough was enough. I needed to really find something that worked for ME. Something that was easy to follow, effective, and allowed me the freedom to still do the things I love to do & EAT
And you know what!?...I found that exact thing! Finally, I had found something that WORKED and I could implement into my daily life. Now, I also get to help other women do the EXACT same thing and it is such a blessing. I get to help others find that ONE thing in their life that they feel proud about and can implement into their daily lives.
