One thing you might not know about me is that I'm a nurse! I spent alot of time in the hospital when I was younger, and my nurses always left such an impact on me that I always wanted to do the same when I "grew up". My doctor's always told me it probably wouldn't be a good idea due to the exposure to germs. Well here I am, being a nurse . I work in labor and delivery and I LOVE it! .
I didn't start MONAT so that I could quit a job I love. In fact, I didn't even start for the money part of it. I literally loved it and wanted the discount and wanted others to enjoy it (if you've made the effort to ask me about MONAT, then you know I always offer a discount...and a really good one at that) If I wanted more money, I could make it easily by picking up a shift at a job that I love!
Between you and me, I hated MLM companies before now. They seemed money hungry and unauthentic. They seemed to always target stay at home moms or working moms. I always felt like I was a bad person for enjoying my job... especially after I had Bax. Yes, I went down in hours as a nurse so I could be home with my baby...but my intentions were never to quit completely. I work with amazing people who I've made relationships with AND I bring babies into the world...it's A-MAZ-ING! And it's allowed my husband to have alone time with our son...which he loves! MONAT is a hobby for me. I love hearing that my friends and family are loving their hair again...and yes, I make a little extra money that we've put aside to help with Brad's student loans...that's it. .
I NEVER want to make anyone feel bad about where they're at in their life. If you love where you are AWESOME! MONAT can be an awesome side biz or hobby or discount haha! Or it can easily supplement your families income. I've come to love MLM companies and I've met so many amazing people along the way...from so many other companies, not just MONAT. It's a community, and I'm beginning to really appreciate it in a new light. People always tell you to never judge a book by its cover, and I should have listened when I had such negative feelings toward direct sales. Be kind, support one another, and be authentic
