After 2 years of working extremely hard with very little time off other than through ill health, I have decided to change my working hours.
It was brought to my attention that I was headed for burn out by making myself available to clients for 53 hours a week over 5.5 days; which really isn't sustainable with a family & all the other aspects that come with running a business.
I often post about how important it is to get the work-life balance right for your health; it's time I took my own advice!
I will be phasing these new hours in with immediate effect & want to thank all my clients for being so understanding & supportive of these changes - I knew I was lucky to have great clients but you have definitely proved it over the past couple of days since I informed you of the changes.
The new hours are:
Mon 8:30am - 4:30pm
Tue 1pm - 7:30pm
Wed 1pm - 7pm *
Thur 9:30am - 3:30pm
Fri 11am - 4:30pm *
*FIT4ALL will remain 9:30am - 10:30am on these days.
I certainly won't be putting my feet up (too often) with the other hours of the week; I want to use it to be able to provide you all with better service, new ideas & develop SEAL Fitness further. MOST IMPORTANTLY I will be getting my own health & fitness back on track & spending it being present with my family xxEmma
