You simply just won’t ever get there and you’ll miss out on a lot of feeling that sweet powerful feeling of achievement!
I believe you can do it! In fact I know you can, you just got to believe and tell yourself that!

Nearly at the three week mark....can’t say I can see any difference BUT I am wearing dark clothes and three weeks isn’t a huge amount of time AND it’s not against my ‘before’ pic so....I have to just keep my head down and crack on. and most of all be patient and stay positive Change will come....

Its #nationalpigsinablanketday so were making these fun things! I remember pigs in a blanket when i was little as hamburger inside cabbage I still have not done my workout. You'd think not having a job would make it easier to do the things I want but really the days go so quick and before I know it the day is over. So I have to seek out that time and dedicate myself to just getting it done!! I always feel so much better after so I keep doing it! And being able to eat like I do and stay fit is a great motivator!! There really never seems to be time BUT that is just the excuse you are making. Where there is a will there is a way!! Find that time, dedicate yourself, get it done!!
