Hockey season is upon us which means this mama needs to remember to get her butt outta bed in the morning and get a workout in! No one wants to work out at the end of the day.
Managed to haul my lazy butt outta bed this morning at 345am to get a workout in, only to discover our internet was down. After messing around with it for 15 mins I gave up.....I could have given up completely and gone back to bed, but instead I set up BOD on my phone and got it done!! Feeling great now!!! Remember to make time for yourself. Mama's life is busy but if we don't take care of ourselves, we can't take care of anyone else!
This guy joined me for my workout today. Challenging but I love it!.

My sister is visiting and whenever we’re around each other healthy eating and exercise are definite topics of discussion. .

Funny story...I remember one year for her birthday my mom filled a small plastic garbage can with chips, dips and all the goodies she always asked for but my mom wouldn’t let her eat. Pretty symbolic putting it all into a trash can! 😂 Anyway, throughout her adulthood she’s changed her eating habits and started exercising. Of course she likes to enjoy some of her old favs (she’s a chips and dip kinda girl!) but she’s incorporated healthier habits into her life! She enjoys going to spin class, eating vegetables, not eating as many sweets...to name a few.

What are some of your healthy habits? If you haven’t thought of one, choose something NOW! It can be something small, like parking further from entrance to a store or looking at yourself in the mirror everyday and telling yourself that you love you!
