Simple, yet effective moves. I don’t usually do anything crazy or out of the norm in the gym unless I TRULY feel it’s effective and targets new/different areas. These are staples of mine!
Excepppppt for the third clip. That one is new for me! I’ve seen people in the gym use this front squat/hack squat machine as a shoulder press before, but never tried it. This was my first time, and I LOVED it!
Weighted Barbell Shoulder Press - 3 x 10
Barbell Upright Rows into Shoulder Press. This one gets your heart rate up! 3 x 10
Squat Shoulder Press Killller! 3 x 12
Not shown here are shoulder flys, Arnold press, AND I did a drop set with shoulder flys, too! I’ll film that one soon

Out here tryna grow a pair of hammies to match my quads I usually don’t go this heavy for RDLs but for some reason yesterday 315 felt pretty good so I went with it. Stuck to 4 sets of 6-10 reps ! Not a band type of guy ♂️ Old school vibe. Heavy shit vibe, short short vibe
I’ve spoken in the past about not coming all the way up on this exercise to avoid using too much lower back but it’s difficult to do when the load is this heavy lol. Good old fashion heavy weight will allow you to change your body composition/grow new muscle people! (REAL TIME VID) Travelling Lunges ... makes my legs burn like crazy whenever I include travelling lunges (usually when it’s a light lift day). Pick a leg you’d like to start off with and perform your forward, reverse, and side lunges - repeat and perform the same exercises with your opposite leg | Note: this video was taken on my second set! Here’s some things I’ve been loving to add in to my leg days lately:
5 sets | 5 reps of pause squats.... let the safety bars take the full weight of the barbell at the bottom for a few seconds and then push through your heels on the way up, these are KILLER
4 sets | 8-10 sit squats
3 sets | jumping Bulgarian splits squats followed by 20 bench up & over hops
3 sets | leg press... 5 heels together, followed by 5 feet neutral, followed by 5 feet high & wide (really dig through your heels on all 15 of these presses)
Remember that I speed up all my videos for upload purposes, make sure all these movements are slow & controlled!!!

Bloating is something majority of us deal with (lol me) but no one seems to talk about! Our body is constantly changing and with various factors daily can affect the difference from how we look when we wake up until we sleep. I used to be sooo ashamed and hated myself the way I “look” by the evening. Now I realised this is just the way how my body reacts to certain foods
