I’m sure I’ll get blocked by a lot of people after posting this...Lol. But honestly, who cares. Im not the type to “force” my beliefs or opinions into anyone else. I don’t necessarily agree with everything mentioned in the first photo, just most of it. I still have a lot of research to do in certain areas, and I’ll admit that I’m still not as knowledgeable as I’d like to be. However, the truth is, global hegemony has no limitations or stipulations in its ongoing manifestation/execution. Wars and events are orchestrated, weaponized and falsified by the architects of empire in an effort to publicly generate a visceral response, hoping to galvanize us all into some sort of urgency. Media conglomerates such as CNN, Fox News and CBS are all paid to perpetuate the same formulaic war-fantasy narratives, dressing up each conflict in gripping graphics and visuals, creating the perfect environment for our own complacent acquiescence to thrive. As always, with the fall of old empires, comes the rise of new, subtle and more sinister ones. At a young age we are engrained with notions of “American exceptionalism”, believing that our country’s moral and historical landscape/framework was structured and shaped around the maintenance and preservation of freedom and democratic ideals in a way that is unique, superior and practically scant in other countries. However, as we go back in history and look directly in the present day, a different reality is shown. Truth is, the U.S. is one of the most destructive empires to ever exist on earth. And our complicity, complacency and inability to (or anti-intellectualism for some) do our own research and discern credible sources from non-credible ones is what enables this sinister colonial hegemonic project to continue.
