Eating with the seasons is definitely a thing. In the winter, I'm always craving warm, roasted foods and in the summer all I want are cold, crisp foods. And, I'm not sure what's gotten into me, but I am ALL about yogurt and cottage cheese these days. Both dairy-free and milk-based yogurt as I am not lactose intolerant, though sensitive so I do have to be careful, plus my skin doesn't love it, but my body does!! So I've been trying all sorts of brands. See until this year, I hadn't eaten any yogurt in years! And then this year I started with dairy-free and slowly transitioned to some milk yogurt. I really really love the full fat thick coconut yogurts or Greek style yogurts when I am eating it (versus using as a dressing which almond milk by kite Hill is great for that or Foragers cashew), but if it's milk-based, I want grass fed. Can anyone recommend a grass fed, milk based Greek style, full fat yogurt?! Does it exist?
