Located in the new Parq Vancouver building on the 6th floor rooftop, Victor is a high-class, fine dining restaurant that encapsulates the ultimate steak and seafood experience.
With a modern, sophisticated atmosphere, open patio and beautifully plated dishes, Victor has the perfect finesse we are looking for. Serving items such as Steak Tartare, Blue Fin Tuna, Foie Gras, Ceviche, Caviar and their enormous 50oz Tomahawk steak, it truly is a must try experience. They even include complimentary japanese cheese bread
STEAK TARTARE: grainy mustard, horseradish, quick-cured egg yolk, house chips. The texture and flavour was good and it paired nicely with the little crispy waffle fries.
TOMAHAWK & PORTERHOUSE STEAK: both steaks were cooked to perfection and the texture was spot on. The tomahawk was flavourful, nicely marbled but slightly too fatty in some parts. The porterhouse was less flavourful but still tender and juicy nonetheless!
CEVICHE: Pacific Pink bay scallops, sidestripe shrimp and plantain chips, these little tasters are small but packed with flavor and tender yet snappy seafood.
BOURBON CAKE: Exactly like a sticky toffee pudding but better, this molten bourbon cake is moist and decadent, drizzled with hot caramel sauce and is to die for.
SIDES: We also tried the Roasted mushrooms and Brussels sprouts, both cooked perfectly with amazing flavors, perfect complimentary for any dish.
