A few ways to work towards self satisfaction and goal setting:
Forgive Yourself. You’re human, it’s inevitable that you may have stepped off of the path you wanted to take. You can always try again.
Give Yourself Credit. Maybe you left some things unfinished or were forced to abandon a goal? Be proud of whatever you were able to accomplish.
Consider the Why. What made you change your mind about something you wanted to do? Did you really want to stop pursuing this goal?
Take a Chance. If the old way of doing something didn’t give you the results you wanted, it's in your hands to decide what you can do to make improvements.
Having a coach makes a big difference when it comes to setting goals and achieving them. You can talk to your coach about what you want to accomplish and a coach’s role is to support you to discover what may have been holding you back. They can help guide and motivate you towards achieving your goals.
