So far this is possibly the easiest eating plan I have ever tried. As far as how I feel, good! No complaints. As far as strength I do feel strong, have not done any long endurance training so I can’t really comment on that. Joint pain is GONE! This is probably the most noticeable positive effect. People have been asking a bunch of questions that I won’t have answers to until I do labs at the end of test. Here is what’s important, how I feel. So many people feel shitty all the time, sluggish, less than optimal. As far as how I feel? I feel fantastic. And way easier than being in ketosis. With less than 10 days to go I might go an extra 30 days (or who knows maybe forever). Gut feels perfect, my buddy suffers from IBS which is a serious condition that plagues many Americans, he is about a week into meat only fueling and it seems to have possibly fixed his gut issues. I will post again on his progress so we can see if it’s helping him over time. Super grateful for @gaucho.ranch for the meat and @kateandroxy for preparing all the meals for me. Again I can not stress enough the importance of eating clean meat, know your sources.
