I learned how to construct an hour workout in 40 min... By far one of the best things I have learned through
training... less time for clients rest the harder they work for that
goal... Workout for the day: •Warmup with 6 down and back non weighted walking
lunges •40 body squats

Workout: •Trx squat jumps 20 reps

Dumbbell walking lunges 3 times down and back •Touch & go squats (explosiveness) 20 reps
Repeat 3x. Only break you have for water is when your
going to the next exercise..... good work by my client who just started today only going
to get better
