friends; this friday i’ll be teaching Be Love’s Be Community donation based class!! the majority of the proceeds will go to Women in Recovery, a program that acts as an alternative for women facing long jail sentences for drug-related charges by helping them seek sobriety and integrate back into society. all you gotta do is bring your mat, $5-$20, and be ready to play at 5:30! can’t wait to move with you 🐝

Feeling more grateful than I know how to express. Finding humor in life’s give and take. When I need people, they’re there. And that truth shines time and time again. Recognizing and accepting this as a constant is changing my perspective. I am safe because I am supported. And I have freedom in that. And we all do. Learning more and more that people are just as willing to love you as you are to love them. I’m noticing that if I reach out for it, I have it. My heart is swelling by looking around and seeing just how strong my support system has grown to be. I could never say enough thank yous. Thank you.
