Classes are fully booked this Sat but there are a few times left for personal training with moi (you'd swear we'd a bit of good weather or something ) you can book in through the Mi.Fitness app or DM @mifitness_cork get your workout done so you can enjoy the rest of your weekend

Reeeeeally did not want to train today but I picked up my headphones, got a Monster and trained bi's and tri's Desperately seeking for some definition in my arms The fat in my triceps is stubborn as f**k and will not shift I believe that patience is a key element of success but I'm slowly getting v impatient #training#workhard#trainhard#photoshoot#prep
To change my workout up a bit I said I'd give @deborahden_pt & Step Aerobics class a go for ''fun'' - sweet mother of jesus what a tough workout. Def recommend everyone give it a go if you haven't already.
I loved/hated every minute of it but that's what makes a great class for me - trying something different, getting out of your comfort zone, pushing yourself & sweating buckets. Thanks Deb x
