Learning something new is always a plus otherwise our learning curve come to a halt....
I learned about cameras and copped one, then another and some lenses.. Although it’s an expensive hobby I’ve learned to do work on my own to avoid a big ticket and help others do some of their own along the way..... This is the latest project which finally wrapped up last night.

A week into this and being on a “see food diet” it’s taking its course....
I added some 5’s yesterday and got it.
I’m currently 169lbs. We’ll see how much it takes to hit this 500 club... I’ve been using this time as a therapy session. Letting steam/aggression/frustration out.

Last time I attempted this weight, I popped a blood vessel under my left eye (lol idiot). I’ve never benched 135lbs without someone spotting me! Did I nearly rip a tiddy? Yes, but not only did I get err done, I did 2 reps, and had to set the barbell down because I was shocked that I could even lift that much. I thought, “okay dawg, you did 2, let’s do 1 more,” and I did it! Sometimes I forget how strong I’ve become, and it’s always an awesome feeling seeing what your body can do.

If at first (or second) you don't succeed, try, try, TRY again. If I've never shared, box jumps scare me. It's purely mental but I'm afraid of falling 😔. Unknown fact: I found @fit_results_chicago via Class Pass because I wanted to try rowing. Little did I know my first class I would have a near death experience rowing, biking, sprinting and lifting weights but I've been hooked ever since. 1000 meters rowed this AM along with glutes and leg work. Thank you @louthetrainer for letting me workout with you 😊. I seriously LOVE my gym! #iamfitchicago

Dream big or go home. This has been a year of an emotional rollercoaster. Starting the year pessimistic, ending it optimistic with full of hope and 8 lb less. .
Workouts like crossfit helps so much on pushing myself to my limits and makes me so proud to see some results. There is still So much room to grow so 2019 bring it on. .

I missed Monday and Tuesday to workout so I doubled up today for a #deathday at @fit_results_chicago. Thankfully @louthetrainer and @max.rozhko were pretty reasonable after a holiday. Once my shoulders are no longer numb, I can share more. #stayready #fitmom
