Upright row - (I had to mess around with hand placements. I found that the closer I had my grip, the better).
Arnold Press - this was my first set, felt easier than usual so I went up. I always start off a little lighter on shoulder exercises.
Kneeling Facepulls - I really like doing these kneeling. I can go up in weight because I’m way more controlled with my core. Remember keep those elbows high 💪🏼.
