Have you set any goals for 2018 yet? If so what are they??
I’ve made a list of my goals for next year and a lot of them are based on self development/self appreciation to be honest VS my usual “maintain a decent shape” “get lean & stay lean” goals!
Some of mine:
- Don’t be so hard on yourself
- Accept compliments where given
- Remember that you do a good job
- Try out new training styles/methods
- Be more open to feedback
- Don’t be afraid to put myself out there
- Reach out to more people I admire in the fitness industry
