WHY I RUN.
I talked about this on the @runwithalli Live podcast this week (Itunes and Spotify - Run with alli live). Every time I race, I have a different why. But no matter what, my running journey comes down to this.
When I run, I’m in control. And when I feel like everything around me is pure chaos, I can ground myself in a run.
When I run, I choose my goals. I set the bar. I set the pace. I determine what success means to me.
When I run, I take care of my mind. I process through the day, through anxiety, through stress.
When I run, I am strong.
When I run, I am limitless.
