Thank you to our speakers and audience for a stimulating Day 1 of the #ChocolateConservatory -Paris! 160 attendees from 30 countries, 40 cacao producers, a 50/50 split of industry professionals and academics. What an honor to work with this inspiring group. Our focus today was responsibility, as explored through chocolate production at origin, social and environmental responsibility, transparency and pricing, and the meaning of craftsmanship and work in different contexts.
