Reunited and it feels soo... 😬finished off today with some heavy beast swings. Slow mo so I can chop up the areas of opportunity here. Still need to work o the timing of standing tall quicker with more power and playing chicken with the bell longer on the descent. So much that stands out to me.. what do you see?! Feedback welcome and encouraged!! 💪🏼

“A slow get up is a good get up”

This one will definitely keep you honest! Goal is to maintain neutral wrist, straight elbow, and vertical arm while keeping packed shoulder and good posture.
If your new to Get Ups do not try this at home kids! Yoga block and sneakers are the typical starting points👍🏼 -shoutout to @ieatkettlebells for showing me this crazy idea a few years back 💪🏼

Post 30 Days of Mobility: I reached my goal!! I was able to increase my shoulder mobility by 6cm!!! I’m officially symmetrical 2’s on the shoulder mobility assessment on the FMS (Functional Movement Screen)

I wasn’t able to get 30 consecutive days but I did as much as I could when I could. Remember, “persistence not perfection”

Choose one or two correctives/drills that work for you and keep doing them for long lasting change. And don’t forget to measure it! “What’s gets measured gets managed”
