Holiday week. Most gyms closed as should be on Thanksgiving.
So, if you train 5 days or more a week plan to double up on one day. Monday normally chest, was chest, shoulders, triceps core, cardio. 20 mins HIIT Followed by 60 min strength. Total calories burned :726!#personaltrainer

As @brittwoodsofficial would call it... the Faithy-faith pose 💪🏼🤙🏼 slammed legs today, and won’t be able to walk tomorrow so 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈 on a more serious note, something I’ve struggled with over the past year is learning how to choose myself. Too many times I would find myself making other people’s lives priority. Learning how to put myself first didn’t happen overnight. It took a LOT of conflict to get me here. It forced me to look internally and look to the Lord, but that’s when growth happens!! Failure breeds success. I have fallen so many times. But I keep getting back up and continuing to learn. CHOOSE to love yourself and choose yourself as much as you choose to care about the people around you. **DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDING/SITTING/KNEELING**
Standing upper body exercises allow for abdominal and lower body recruitment/engagement.
Sitting upper body exercises allow for contraction to be isolated to the muscles the exercise is focused on.
Kneeling upper body exercises allow for the abdomen to remain tense and engaged while keeping any lower body recruitment to occur which keeps the focus on the muscles being used in your upper body. (My personal preference 👆🏻👆🏻) Exercises:
