Changed it up and went with Kettle Bells on the flat bench. Lots of instability which should help strengthen connective tissue. Try to add a new twist to your workout to avoid plateaus. #personaltraining#franklinathleticclub
Did 40 reps before busting out these reps . BANDS ARE AN AMAZING WAY TO GET YOUR STRENGTH UP OVER TIME. Killed the chest today . 385 for 3 , 405 for 1

Bro workout round two! Lower body athletic style training. (you can't see @swoop_00 but he was there I promise lol)
Go through the circuit 3-5 times, rest 1.5 minutes between each round, or do all the sets and rest at the end for an extra challenge! -
6 box jumps
5 walking lunges each way
4 lateral steps each way
5 wall ball throws each side
Finish with 3 sets of 15 hanging leg raises and 2 sets of 20 weighted sit ups!
I don't do this style of training, so it was a lot of fun to mix things up! Always be looking to try new things to push out your comfort zone.

Why use a band??? CAUSE BANDZ A MAKE HER DANCE....no because it alters where the load is 'heaviest.'
Normally during a push up, it gets hard at the bottom pushing up. With a band, the hardest point of the movement is at the top where arms are straightened. Ever heard of progressive overload? This is one way to alter your movements besides using sets, reps, and weights.
