What did I do before Bodybuilding/Men's physique?
I went to college for 2 years, played soccer and football, and did some reckless sh*t everyday it seamed like.
See going to school was pretty hard for me; even though, I was never the outcast. It was almost like being with the "in crowed(athletes)" is what hyped me up for the worst. I was diagnosed ADHD which seems like everyone is now a days, but I seriously could not focus, I always felt like I was 30min ahead of everyone on 3 other subjects in another time zone. I took the medicine for a while, but it made me a completely different person. Around the same time the whole bipolar(only highs)/black out thing was going on too. I had to go to anger management and that just pissed me off even more. You see, bodybuilding saved my life. The time I put in at the gym allows me to go everyday without any medication. On top of that i've NEVER taken/used any drugs, the gym is my high. One thing I did do on my journey to where I am; is still manage to spend time with friends and family. I went to a large number of college parties, with a gallon of water in my hand the entire night. Being around other people keeps us sane, and it's ok to go out; you just have to keep a strong mind and avoid temptation. Don't ever forget that we're all human, and we all have flaws. I would never want to be pitied for anything I've been through, I'm only sharing this to show fitness can change your life for the better.
