Gin Ration (London dry gin, sultana infused amontillado sherry, tawny port, local amaro, aromatic bitters, juniper & peppercorn tincture) and a Glass House (Chilean pisco, roasted pear and quince infused mezcal, pumpkin seed orgeat, lime, clingstone peach bitters, lime ash foam)... great for keeping warm on a rainy Friday night. Thanks for the hospitality @maxborrowman and team. I didn't fall in love with either drink but I definitely preferred the Gin Ration. I guess mezcal still hasn't won me over, even when it's infused.
Note: lime ash foam is really the vegan foamer from @bettersbitters plus ash made from burnt lime peel - kudos for #nowaste
