We would like to formally announce that Max Impact Training has transferred ownership. As new owners, we are excited for the opportunity to improve upon the overall experience at Max Impact. Our first task was revising our schedule and offerings to make them more accommodating to our members. We have increased our hours and number of available classes. Membership options now include semi-private personal training and group training sessions which consist of bootcamp classes, boxing classes, weight training, and “Workout of the Day” sessions. More details will soon be available on our website. We are planning on making more changes within the next several months to improve our customer service and to offer the best training programs possible. Rows for the win! Not only is this good for building a thick back, Countless times we hurt our backs due to bad positioning and not bracing the core. Get in a position you know your back is safe in, like a squat, and get active with you workouts. Move around, drag, push. Mimic what you would have to do if you had to pick something up or move something around the house, work, whatever. We train in the gym to make our everyday lives easier and not harder. When it comes to recovering athletes... especially rehabbing an injury like an ACL, it’s important to become dominant from the single leg position. All athletes must be prominent, unilaterally.
