What are your feelings on Korean Mexican fusion? I've been a fan of Korean tacos for a while, but I recently made Korean Nachos for the first time and they were killer! Fried wonton chips, braised short ribs, reduced cooking liquid, caramelized kimchi, Sriracha cheese sauce, avocados, lime sour cream, scallions, and cilantro! The two cuisines just play so well together!
