27lbs DOWN IN 90 DAYS!!! Since August we switched things up here at RT Fitness moving away from our smaller transformations of 21 day, 28 day and 8 week programs
With the above program we attracted people who where only after "quick fixes" and to be honest these are the people we don't want to work with
Don't get me wrong we have had many of the people who started on these programs stay on for longer term and even training with us for years
But generally the mind set of shorter program clients tend to come and go so often...even though they get results
The pics here are of 32 year old father of 2 Stephen who started with us early September and has completed his initial 90 days with us and the RESULTS have been phenomenal
A grand total of 27lbs down!
He gets up early for each session when the kids are in bed and gives it his all each and every session
He's followed our super simple nutrition, had the odd drink here and there but most of all he turns up and knows the task ahead
We couldn't ask for a better client
He knows his goals, he wants his goals and wont stop until he's got them
Oh...it doesn't end here these are just progress photos....there is never an "after"...because you never stop
We are upping his calorie intake to increase some lean tissue and is staying on long term
Know your goals, chase them, achieve them and never stop!
