Full house this morning for the Sunderland posse

RESULTS!
Long term member James has been on the gains train recently upping his calories and hitting it hard on our small group weight lifting program "STRIP & RIP"

As you can see he is looking JACKED!
His body fat has come down and his total bodyweight is up
His strength continuously goes up week after week and from a few previous injuries he can squat and deadlift without too much irritation
The bulk is almost over and will be looking forward to seeing James shredded for his wedding

RESULTS!!! Glen's been a part of the RT Fitness team for 3 months and in this time he's a super lean 6.5% body fat down and a cool 15lbs lost
Here at RT Fitness we are all about longevity and realistic goals
This way we keep the weight off longer without any fad diets, super restriction diets (TBH we don't actually cut anything out of your diet), mega low calories...just a slight reduction and train x 3 per week
Glens done exactly the above and the results are showing...top bloke and looking forward to even more progress

Being consistent in the gym isn’t about being motivated all the time and really disciplined
It’s about creating habits that you follow regardless of how you feel or what mood you are in.
The reason people get up and go to the gym in a morning or after work isn’t always because they are motivated to do so... It’s because it’s a habit.
In the same way getting up and going to work is a habit you don’t just not go because you feel like shit.
You drag your arse out of bed and do it regardless because you’ve programmed yourself to do it.
The same applies to eating.
People who eat well or eat more protein, veggies whatever aren’t doing so because they constantly thinking about their waste line they Just habitually make better choices because it’s what they are used to doing.
If you want to get into better shape stop looking for ‘motivation’ and start building better everyday habits that will make it easy for you to reach your goals.
If it’s a constant mental battle to do these things then eventually you’ll break.
These good habits you build will take away some of the mental burden.
It’s estimated that it takes about 6 month for something to be one habit so if after a week you ain’t feeling it don’t just give up eventually things will start to feel more natural.

This is a super set...so complete every rep from every exercise then rest

1a Back squat 6 reps
1b DB lunges 12 reps
1c Goblet squat 25 reps

Take a 2 minute rest and repeat x 5

Being ready to make a change to your health can be so wishy washy
You know you have to make a change but when it comes to it you can't be arsed to put the work in or you don't realise how hard it can be to undo all the damage you have done to your only vessel
Think about...you may of never did any form of exercise since P.E in school...20 years ago
Your probably obese or even morbidly obese...don't think for a second that its ever easy or that its going to happen in just a few weeks
You need to be motivated to the point of where you know you have to change a lot of things in your life forever...yes thats right FOREVER
Finding that inner motivation can come from ill health, playing with the grand kids later in life and wanting to be around this planet as long as you possibly can
Prevent the above from happening now... You know you have too, you know you need too and you need to be truly ready
