I can’t remember the last time I read a book that wasn’t part of an assignment, but I saw this gem during a recent trip to Asheville and knew I couldn’t pass it up. I’ve definitely been guilty of thinking that my powerlifting trained body was too big and too much for a yoga setting. I’m relearning that there is no ideal body type for yoga. Anyone and everyone can create their own practice. This book is an incredible read for anyone getting into yoga. Whether as a beginner or not. Thank you @jessamynstanley for your insight, wisdom, and no-BS approach.
