This is one of my favorite #movements for releasing low back, hip, knee, ankle pain. I use this in warmups for #wods as well as in #therapy to regain mobility in the aforementioned areas. One of my biggest goals in therapy and in coaching is to recapture proper human movement. Think about this: How well do you move when you are in pain? Recapturing movement means that you are now allowing the body full range of the joint range, couple that with no pain and you are ready to attack some shit! Get healthy! #CoachQ #wod back training! I have separated different positions of the #deadlift with that being our priority for this WOD. Often times to get people to see the connections involved a specific movement we have to break it down to it’s rawest form. A deadlift is a hip hinge movement that can be used for hypertrophy and performance training. It’s UBER important that your form is solid for proper development of either. Get at this one you guys and errrr turn up that intensity ALWAYS!

This woman never ceases to amaze me. This morning she had no idea that she’d be flipping a fucking tire 1/2 a mile down and up a hill. Try incorporating a squat press on your next full body day. Use the momentum of the squat to help push the weight up but make sure you still maintain control. @kyedaley added this into our circuit today and it was 💀 ⁣⁣

Also if you ever decide “hey I kinda wanna puke today and not be able to feel my limbs” do a full body conditioning circuit! A+ highly recommend. ⁣
