Goal is to slowly transition to a full vegan diet. Next time i step on stage i will be on a 100% plant based diet.

The reason for the sudden change is for my overall health. Your health starts with your gut, and after consuming 300+ grams of animal protein a day for 365 days a year for multiple years has put a toll on my body. From being bloated, having a gassy stomach (high sulfur-containing animal proteins), water retention due to inflammation, and feeling lethargic just to name a few.

1. Begin seated on the ground with a bench directly behind you. Have a loaded barbell over your legs. Having a foam pad on the bar can greatly reduce the discomfort caused by this exercise. β€’

2. Roll the bar so that it is directly above your hips and lean back against the bench. β€’

3. Begin the movement by driving through your feet (heals), extending your hips vertically. Extend hips as far as possible while engaging the glutes at the top of each rep; reverse the motion to return to the starting position. β€’

Deficit Step Back Lunge:
.
Step 1:

Begin with both feet on a step platform and holding one or two dumbbells in your hands by your sides. This will be your starting position

Step 2:

Step back with your right foot into a long lunge (more than 90 degrees). Lower your upper body down, while keeping the torso slightly angled forward and maintaining balance.. Do not allow your knee to go forward beyond your toes as you come down, as this will put undue stress on the knee joint.

Step 3:

Using your front leg press through your heel to push yourself up back onto the platform. Once both feet on platform this completes one rep.. TIP: Focus on pressing through your heels to properly engage your glutes.

We are being affected by electrical frequencies that affect our wellbeing which create imbalances in our nervous system since they function with electrical signals. The nerves become bunched and knotted and can create pain and discomfort and when exerting force can create a #cramp which can lead to a heart attack. Solution:
1. #ActivatedCharcol , Can be taken before or during workout or first thing in morning. A.C. will discharge excess electrical frequency that cause discomforts.
