Deficit Step Back Lunge:
Begin with both feet on a step platform and holding one or two dumbbells in your hands by your sides. This will be your starting position
Step back with your right foot into a long lunge (more than 90 degrees). Lower your upper body down, while keeping the torso slightly angled forward and maintaining balance.. Do not allow your knee to go forward beyond your toes as you come down, as this will put undue stress on the knee joint.

We are being affected by electrical frequencies that affect our wellbeing which create imbalances in our nervous system since they function with electrical signals. The nerves become bunched and knotted and can create pain and discomfort and when exerting force can create a #cramp which can lead to a heart attack.
