The past week I've taken a break from lifting. I feel a little bit out of place, my body feels soft, and I feel pretty lazy. From a different perspective, I have not actually been lazy [2 strenuous hikes done in Zion National Park and the beginning of my new hobby ] and I've felt very at home spending lots of time with my family .
It's been a weird transition sort of week. Normally lifting is my go to stress reducer, and I'm so excited to hit the gym again on Monday [so ready to feel the pump] but I'm trying to find other ways to clear my head. My pole lesson with @hollyannjarvis left me feeling as good as a solid yoga session Here's to my new adventures in pole dancing, and to the beginning stages of her studio Bonus - I'm feeling all of my tiny little muscle fibers being worked from my pole lesson, which is such a nice balance to my normal lifting routine.
