Hang Power Clean (one of my favorites!) Similar to the snatch, this movement teaches you to utilize your hips explosively. This translates to higher jumping ability, harder tackles, and quicker first step speed off the line of scrimmage!
3 SIMPLE STEPS TO POWER CLEAN:
1: Dip - quickly push your hips back while maintaining a slight knee bend
2: Rip - use your whole body to rip the bar up as if you're throwing it as high as you can
3: Punch - find the ground quickly by stomping your feet into the floor while punching your elbows forward and up
