Ya know those cheesy expressions about taking a deep breath?
How about this: we COULD be breathing in a relaxed and efficient way all the time...but that's not how it goes. We get stressed, and reflexively start breathing differently. You won't get rid of stressors, but you can recognize them and choose to keep breathing. You don't have to meditate or do yoga, but don't let stress take your breath away--take a few breaths and keep going
