You’ve probably been hearing a lot lately about Imposter Syndrome. It’s described as a lack of self-confidence, anxiety and doubts about your abilities and achievements. We’ve all had these feelings, including myself. It’s so difficult to put into context your own accomplishments while looking at yourself from the inside.
A majority of my career has been focused on making others look their best. Asking the right questions, truly listening and honing in on those special qualities that will earn my client positive public attention. It’s so much harder to practice this with yourself! Have you experienced the same?
