I could have told you about my bad workout today, but I'm not. Instead I'm gonna tell you about my goals for the next two weeks 🌸 Or two weeks from monday, but starting today✨
▪️I'm going to put my phone away 10 in the evening/night (am/pm, I don't know😇) #offlineoclock ▫️Start each day with a lemon ginger shot🍋
▪️Drink more water. Alot of water. Because, you know, it's #goodforyou 💦
▫️Sleep more, I'm trying for 7,5 to 8 hours. I know I need more sleep, and the blue bags under my eyes are just proof to that 😴
