Tight hip flexors? This is my absolute favorite hip flexor stretch. Find a wall, straddle it as in picture. Make sure your back is pressed FLAT INTO THE WALL (no arching) and your BUTT IS SQUEEZED on the side you are stretching. Hold for 1-2 minutes on each side. .
