I love doing this session when I want a tough workout! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฌ It's Tabata style, 20sec of work and 10sec rest (repeat 8 times for a total of 4min for each exercise)...work your way through the below!

Lat Pull Down (go light!!)
Elbow Plank Hip Drops
Kettle Bell Swings
Kick Sits
...I usually take 1min rest in between exercises ๐Ÿ˜Š Watch out for exercise 1 and 5! They buuuurrrrnnnn!!! ๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ”ฅ haha
