I love doing this session when I want a tough workout! It's Tabata style, 20sec of work and 10sec rest (repeat 8 times for a total of 4min for each exercise)...work your way through the below!
Squat Jump to Sumo Squat
Lat Pull Down (go light!!)
Elbow Plank Hip Drops
Kettle Bell Swings
...I usually take 1min rest in between exercises Watch out for exercise 1 and 5! They buuuurrrrnnnn!!! haha
