Practing “under”s at Epcot today. Mom was very proud of me, I really held my own. We’re tired now, it’s been a big day 💤

ADORABLE collar! Where did you get it?!

@ihaveweakankles

great collection of pictures :)

@lalaloopsylps

@zeppole.my.helper thank you! I’m glad I could ask someone who knows the specifics 💕

@full.service.cafe

@lalaloopsylps I don’t mind questions ❤️ POTS is diagnosed through a tilt table test. My doctors ruled out other disorders that can present similar symptoms with a EKG and Echocardiogram first. There is specific criteria involved in the diagnoses, which is what is done during the tilt table test. A neurologist is your best bet as POTS is a neurological disorder. Sometimes cardiologists test for it too. I wish you the best of luck in feeling better, feel free to ask any more questions.

@lalaloopsylps

If you don’t mind me asking, what were your symptoms of POTS that led you to the diagnosis? I’ve recently been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and I’ve also been having quite a few POTS symptoms but I don’t know how often you have to have them for it to count. You don’t have to answer if you don’t want to, I’ve had my illness for a month and I’m already sick of people asking questions even if they’re just curious.
