@newgrowth2u there’s always slab climbing, you can always improve feet technique if not strength
@i.am.bananaman I see that, maybe you chose the wrong sport then based on your reply, the point you make about “if only I was this strong”, is a moot point. If you really want to trim down, and I’m in the same predicament, less sugar, in all its forms, is key. Good luck with that.
@newgrowth2u while that could be considered encouragement to keep travelling my weight loss path, A) I’m significantly older than this young lady & B) genetically I’m disproportionately stronger in the legs. Lifting stuff off the ground and holding it at waist height, great, every cm above and I lose power
You would be if you were that light weight. Just saying.
