Stupid policy. Wage should be delivered according to how hard the person works, for how long he/she works, how much of a good overall employee he/she is. Giving equal pay like that will make employees work less hard due to not having an incentive to work for. Maybe getting promoted, but this just means more of the same. Getting raises will become a thing of the past. This isn't moving forward. This is low-key socialism

@gilby_30 The Civil Rights Act of 1964 doesn't really mean all employers have to prove that they provide equal pay for all. There were still some workplaces where discrimination still prevailed until they were caught.
