@andres.zelaya16 Iceland is a socialst country tho

@imanelaanaiya one more reason why :D

@vrittib45 Everything I've said in the past four years has been justified

Stupid policy. Wage should be delivered according to how hard the person works, for how long he/she works, how much of a good overall employee he/she is. Giving equal pay like that will make employees work less hard due to not having an incentive to work for. Maybe getting promoted, but this just means more of the same. Getting raises will become a thing of the past. This isn't moving forward. This is low-key socialism

@robjusticeforall true but traditional people don't accept

Amazing !!! GO EQAULITY

Reminder, the wage gap is a lie

Haha, we already have this in Dubai

And weโ€™re proud of that! Itโ€™s said that in 2020 this will be official๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ธ

I fell in love with Iceland 50 years ago as a child when I discovered that they have no army and are the world's oldest democracy. That love affair has never subsided.

Australia will be the last one๐Ÿ˜‚

@gilby_30 The Civil Rights Act of 1964 doesn't really mean all employers have to prove that they provide equal pay for all. There were still some workplaces where discrimination still prevailed until they were caught.

There will be no more generations in the further
