LEG DAY BURNOUT!! you can see the struggle in my face πŸ˜‚ I’m using the extra heavy resistance band for 3/4 of these exercises and the extra light band for the last one. Use any band between medium-extra heavy for the following: 1. 20 seated clam shells 2. 20 squats (push knees out) 3. 20 kick backs (10 per side) 4. 20 glute bridges with extra light resistance band. Complete this burnout 3-4 times through
