NASTASHA DENONA HOLIDAY AERIS palette delivered and still be all broken UP just LIKE THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT LEFT REVIEWS ON THE SEPHORA APP THAT STATED THEY HAD THE EXACT....!!!!! EXACT PROBLEM WITH THIS PALETTE THEY HAVE EXPERIENCED AS OF 80days ago and for me to get mine 80 days LATER IT SHOWS THAT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE NO IM ONLY ONE OF MANY SO WHILE YOU ARE CHECKING IG FOR COMPLAINTS AND DIRECTING ISSUES TO BE ONLY HANDLED OVER AT FACEBOOK SAYS A LOT AS I STATED BEFORE I ALREADY DID WHAT YOU TELLING ME TO DO AND THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED YET SO PLEASE STOP ACTING LIKE YOU CARE WHEN YOU DON’T it’s not about trying to get jack free I WANT WHAT I.....!!!! Paid for for MY MAKEUP COLLECTION AND I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE MY ADVICE WOULD BE FIX THE BROKEN SHIPPING PROCESS THAT YOU HAVE IF U ARE A ROUGE IT SUPPOSE TO BE free 2 DAY SHIP NOT 3 days and when you call CS THEY PLAY IT OFF THAT YOU ACCIDENTALLY GOT TAKEN OFF THE 2 day ship SEPHORA IS FULL OF IT...!!!!!!! @sephora my package took 2 weeks to come when it clearly stated 2 day shipping, aside from that my palettes were badly handled and broken so i called so it could be replaced and i’ve been waiting for the new package to arrive for about a week now. this is so frustrating i am never shopping here again something like this would never happen in @ultabeauty they have the best shipping service, a different package came faster than expected, i love them.
@sephora i don't think you read my first msg. I said i emailed them 3 different times never heard back. Then i called and got my "order fixed" but when i received my package they still manage to mess up. You guys really need to get yall self together this is ridiculous

SEPHORA’S SHIPPING HAS TURNED INTO A REAL SH*T SHOW I ORDERED MY NATASHA DENONA HOLIDAY PALETTES ON 12/29 got them open one and 3 shadows fail in my lap called for a replacement and still have NOT RECEIVED IT YET...!!!!!♀️EVERY DAY THEY PUSH THE DELIVERY DATE BACK I AM A ROUGE 5,002 points and suppose to be 2 DAY SHIP THERE WAREHOUSE JUST SHIP OUT STUFF ANY KIND OF WAY THEY DON’T CARE......WE THE CUSTOMER CAN MAKE OR BRAKE THEM AND THEY SHOW NO RESPECT FOR US WHAT SO EVER THEN THEY WANT TO GET U SOME LITTLE POINTS WHICH U CAN ONLY USE TO GET DELUXE SAMPLES HELL I HAVE 5,002 THEIR REWARD PROGRAM IS CRAP THEY TAKE AND TAKE FROM U AND NEVER GIVE MORE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY SHOULD BE RUNNING THAT 20% off a lot more due to their weak rewards programs it do not pay u to be a rouge if u only got a jcpenny store u don’t get to use the full benefits of being rouge SEPHORA NEEDS TO STEP UP IN ALOT OF AREAS FOR REAL SICK OF WAITING ON WHAT MY MONEY PAID FOR
