Breakfast- Blueberry smoothie 🤤
Morning tea- vanilla yopro w’ muesli & raspberries
Lunch- Homemade falafels- recipe can be found on @thebodycoach- w’ tzatziki, quinoa and I’ll add some salad at work.
Afternoon tea- Brazilian paleo bar- for those who haven’t tried these, they are the absolute bomb! Great afternoon treat when you’re looking to cure that sweet tooth 🙌🏻. Also have my rice cake and almond spread, just in case 🤷‍♀️ Aaaand.. 2-3 litres of water 💦💦💦
