#deadlift 605 Failure and a 515 Triple for my ego. Went into today feeling great and though wth, let's go for an all time PR... but shit happens. I changed belts to my Inzer, not sure if that subconsciously got in my head, but either way I should have known better than to make changes to my routine before attempting a PR. Went for the triple to help my ego... I could have gotten more but my fkin gym thinks it's funny to only have ONE FKIN clip for everyone to share! Seriously... you can see me watching the weights slide off the left side. Ordered my own from Amazon shortly after... oh and sorry for the shitty camera angle. .

@jslade.ahp yes sir. Honestly I dont remember the carb count, I went off the ketpgains recommendation. Most people do really well with it, so definitely worth the try.
@stokketm did you use dextrose as your carb source? What was your pre-training carb volume intake? I was thinking of trying a TKD for more intense sessions.
